Please have a read of our Returns Policy before lodging a return.

We do not arrange freight collection for size exchanges or change of mind orders. Please complete the below form and we will issue you with a returns #reference which is to be used on all packages and communications.

Goods must be returned in re-sellable condition with swing tags attached and if possible in the original packaging. Once the warehouse has approved and accepted the goods are in acceptable condition, we will action the production of replacement goods. A new job number will be loaded and you should get an order confirmation e mail. Accounts will be instructed to issue a credit if applicable.
