I can't see anything in the brand portal?

To access your products - you will need to be logged in and you will initially need to enter your brand's passcode. If you have forgotten your passcode - please get in touch!

Once you have entered your passcode you will have access to your collection.
You will need to be logged in each time to see your collection.

How do I return something?

We can only accept returns on certain items.

My order has a paid status?

If you paid via credit card - this is correct.
If you paid via account - this means that an invoice has been sent. If you are missing your invoice, please email [email protected] referencing your order number.
