Returns are assessed on a case by case basis.  We only accept returns on certain garments and they must be in 'as new' condition with all the tags and bags they arrived with. Returns must be requested no more than 30 days after receiving your goods. It is at our discretion to accept or decline any return request.

If we do accept your return and a credit or refund is required, we may or may not exclude payment gateway fees if you have payed via credit or debit card. 

Faulty Items

In the event of a faulty item we will replace your product. If the item cannot be replaced we will offer a similar product or a refund.

Sizing Exchange

We can only offer size exchanges on a limited amount of products - please chose your sizing carefully and get in touch if you have any questions about it. We can generally supply size guides for the product you are after.
Goods must be returned in their original condition with any tags or packaging still intact.
Please let us know within 14 days of your order arriving if you wish to make an exchange. 

Change of Mind Returns
