I need a quote for new uniform.

Costing up a new uniform is determined by a few factors. Garment choice, quantity required, branding type. So quoting your new uniform happens on a case by case basis and we are happy to help you through the decision making process with our years of apparel and branding knowledge.

Why can't I price up printed clothing?

You can't price up clothing yourself because there are two many deciding factors in order to get an accurate cost. Quantity and printing type are the major ones and these are determined by your logo, how fast you need them and if you'd like smaller runs in the future. But we are here to help so just get in touch.

I can't see anything in the brand portal?

To access your products - you will need to be logged in and you will initially need to enter your brand's passcode. If you have forgotten your passcode - please get in touch!

Once you have entered your passcode you will have access to your collection.
You will need to be logged in each time to see your collection.

How do I return something?

We can only accept returns on certain items.

My order has a paid status?

If you paid via credit card - this is correct.
If you paid via account - this means that an invoice has been sent. If you are missing your invoice, please email enquiries@brandaddiction referencing your order number.
